The ZERMA tire recycling systems consist of 5 main components.
ZTS Pre shredder shreds the complete tires down to a size of around 150 mm
ZTTS intermediate shredder cuts the tires down to a size of <20mm. In this process lots of wires are already spearated from the rubber.
GSH granulator, the tires are ground down to a size of approximately 4 mm, depending on the reauired throughput a two stage system might be used.
PM Pulverizers, here the rubber is taken down to a powder size of <1 mm.
Separation equipment, throughout the process metal and fibres are removed to ensure a high quality result.
