ZERMA has installed a semi automatic painting enclosure in compliance with European environmental protection norms.
Our ongoing commitment to manufacturing technology and high level of vertical integration are important factors in ensuring delivery of a high quality product to our customers. All internal processes and those of our sub suppliers are continuously evaluated by our team of experienced German engineers and carefully monitored by our QA department.
ZERMA has implemented a total quality management system and was ISO9001 certified in 2003 by the TÜV Rheinland. Our quality control and assurance department comprises 20 full time staff who constantly monitor internal manufacturing processes. External suppliers are continuously audited in order to maintain high standards and ensure timely delivery. Since inception, ZERMA has maintained long term partnerships with suppliers.
Development and engineering
Qualified local engineers guided by a team of experienced German engineers are the basis for ongoing development of ZERMA size reduction equipment. ZERMA has also developed close ties with local universities for product development.
ZERMA's wealth of experience supported by input from representatives and customers worldwide will ensure that ZERMA remains at the forefront of size reduction technology. Implementation of 3D modelling software and a SAP ERP system allows ZERMA engineers to develop the size reduction technology of tomorrow.
